Tom is our technologist and strategist with an EMBA. Ashley has built multiple startup cultures amplified by her EMBA. Tim is the Operations and Customer Development guru in public and private elections. Combined they bring more than 75 years professional experience.
Tom Thomas
Founder & CEO
Tom has more than 25 years of experience in information Systems building high performing engineering teams. During his career, he has spent time designing, building deploying, and maintaining customer focused, data-driven enterprise applications and systems in organizations ranging from startups to Fortune 50 companies. Votegrity is the third voting company he has brought thought leadership to. He holds an Exec MBA from Seattle University and a B.S. in Software Development.
Tim Manion
Co-founder
Tim has 30+ years of management experience in startups, emerging growth and Fortune 50 companies. Tim has focused on the election space since 2001 and compliments Tom's background perfectly, leading engineering, customer development, and operational teams in the delivery of election technology projects in hundreds of elections across the US and Internationally.
Ashley Carson
Co-founder
Ashley has 20+ years experience supporting and leading teams that support overall vision, organizational growth, change management, and process improvement. She's designed and implemented change and transition strategies to enable business growth for business of all sizes. A Certified Professional Coach, Ashley holds a B.A. in Social Sciences from Eastern Washington University, an Exec MBA from Seattle University.
