Kindness is what counts

We found Votegrity during our hunt for third-party voting companies after having not-the-best luck with our past voting company for multiple years in a row for our annual Board of Directors election.

We chose Votegrity because of their streamlined experience and overall level of kindness when communicating with potential clients. Every conversation that we had with Votegrity was productive and kind as if the company wanted to do anything they could to make their client’s experience as easy and hands-off as possible.

Conducting our election with Votegrity was one of the best decisions we could have made.

In years past, we had over three weeks of preparation for the election by printing physical notices, inputting resident information into Excel sheets, etc.—Votegrity took care of ALL of that.

All that we had to worry about was sending the resident information spreadsheets from our internal system to Votegrity, and they did the rest.

This year’s election was a very good learning event for us, and we already have some changes to make to the process next year when we utilize Votegrity again.

Namely, sending out physical mailing cards to every homeowner as well as the email blasts as we realized the reach the physical mailing has is unmatched.

The bottom line is that Votegrity not only takes away the election hassle, everyone is extremely kind and helpful. I never felt like a nuisance for any of my questions or requests. Votegrity is a model business with a great team behind the name, IHCA will definitely rave about them!
